We just wanted to say an enormous thank you to your entire team for the professionalism and ease with which you all organised Dylan Carver's trip down under. We have had him home for a month now after his quarantine in Sydney, and another flight up to us in Queensland by the pet carriers you suggested, who were also excellent. At a time when there is so much to do, you couldn't have made things easier and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Dylan arrived safe and well, and despite 5 weeks in catteries, a ten thousand mile trip and a month in quarantine, had actually managed to put on weight! He has settled in very well here (sitting at my feet as I write this) but still is a little unsure about the parrots and the possums!!

Well Dave arrived in Perth okay (a little shattered and disorientated at first but it didn't take him long to get back to normal). The staff at Byford looked after him really well and they always knew whose animal/s belonged to who when you walked through the door. Anyway, after a month in quarantine, he finally came home last Friday. I just wanted to say a huge thanks to you and your team for getting him here in one piece. But I also wanted to thank you personally for always putting my mind at ease when I had any questions or concerns (there were times when I thought about leaving him with my parents). So thanks for the encouragement and confirming that things would turn out okay (which they did).

I am writing to tell you that Daisy travelled to America successfully with no ill effects. She seems to have settled quite successfully, although, obviously, she remains inside for the time being but this gives her lots of opportunity to sleep and to gather her strength. There seem to be no further tremors and she has no difficulty walking, any more than any lady of her age who takes life pretty easy! I should like, on behalf of “the worried parents” Jean and Garry, to thank you all in Tadley for your help, effort, care and understanding with our tricky patient - we were so overjoyed to see her again, safe and well, on Thursday – never have I been so nervous driving back to the airport. Airpets have been absolutely wonderful, too, and just as you recommended them to us, we can recommend them to anyone else; they took all of the changes and care instructions in their stride.

Please accept this small donation of £50.00. It is given in honour of Mr Martin Brown of Airpets, Willowslea Kennels,(Heathrow) who was contracted to ship to me (in Barbados) by air , a German Shepherd puppy on January 24th. At my request the date was changed to 1st February. As you can imagine, in that short time my puppy grew like a weed, which necessitated a larger crate for travelling. Mr Brown was now faced with a deficit of £84.00. Without hesitation Mr Brown sent my puppy - a truly good and humane act.
Should you ever need to ship a dog - please consider Mr Brown first.

Just a note to say thank you to you and your staff for the care and organisation you provided to help us export our two dogs, Ruby and Sandy to New Zealand. Our vet was very doubtful of all the tests they required but your efficiency made that very easy and we know you had to chase up the final test results before they could leave. They arrived safe and well and were collected and cared for by the Alrona Kennels in Upper Hutt which you suggested. The whole operation was very smooth as the dogs have settled down very easily and are now quite at home.

..."Knowing that our cats would face six months in quarantine, my husband and I visited a number of kennels before choosing Willowslea. We chose the red block of the new cattery for our three cats - Pounce, Mamon and 3Peat. On my first visit, Fiorna suggested moving the three cats to the green block due to their anxiety level. I want to thank you and Fiorna for that suggestion, the obvious care and thought that prompted it, and the attention provided to all three cats during the remainder of their stay. By 'mid-term', we were referring to Willowslea not as a quarantine, but as the cats 'spa stay' reflecting their laid-back, carefree, and pampered existence. They were so affectionate with Fiorna that when we brought them home, I was worried about the cats adjusting to losing Fiorna! So our many thanks to Fiorna for her care and attention.
