• Collection from any UK address in DEFRA approved vehicles
• Pre flight boarding for cats & dogs in first class accommodation for as long as necessary
• Organise direct flights from Heathrow and Gatwick to major cities in Canada
• DEFRA Export Health Certificate within 7 days of export
• Optional Rabies vaccination
• Delivery to the flight in just 5 minutes at Heathrow Cargo Centre or 45 minutes to Gatwick IATA approved air kennels manufactured in our own workshop. Air freight is calculated on the volume of the air kennel and IATA regulations ensure pets have room to stand, turn around and lie down. Our air kennels are made to measure ensuring comfort to the pets and saving on unnecessary expensive air freight charges.

All Airpets customers are assigned their own pet travel consultant who will take care of the details from start to finish.

There is no customs clearance for pets arriving in Canada at weekends or official holidays. No quarantine period for dogs and cats entering Canada from the UK
