15-Dec-2011 "Just a short note now we have finally managed to get hooked up with an internet connection!!
Thank you for the update on Finn prior to us getting him back and the photo. I did miss him so much, he is such a lovey!!
We collected Finn onWednesday from Toronto. He was a little nervous and subdued coming out of the crate and we had to carry him, but once we got him outside and he smelt the warm air it was like "put me down, I want to stretch my legs!!" and he was off and running. He is doing really well and is settling to life in Ontario.
He has had such a big journey and come out the other end so well and I want to thank you for taking such good care of our "wee boy" while he stayed with you. He has never been away from home before!!
I will definitely recommend your Company to anyone else who is looking to transport their family pet."
